Purified Water System

WEMAC will customize the optimal design according to the feed water quality report and effluent water quality requirements and the actual needs of customers, customers can also choose our standardized design. The quality of effluent water can meet the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP43), European Pharmacopoeia (EP10) for purified water or high purity water according to the different configurations of the system.

1. Modular design, compact structure, neat layout, easy operation & maintenance.

2. Dual pretreatment softeners, valve-controlled series operation and alternate regeneration. Each provides 100% water output. Fully-automatic control for operation, backwashing, salt suction, regeneration and rinsing.

3. Variable frequency control for feedwater and 1st/2nd highpressure pumps. Multimode pressure adjustment; lowspeed standby circulation to inhibit microbes and save energy.

4. Terminal dualsupply singlecirculation mode. Qualified water to purifiedwater tank; unqualified water returns to intermediatewater tank. Autocirculation on full tank to avoid empty pipes and stagnant water.

5. Prefer bent stainlesssteel pipes to minimize welding. Argonshielded automatic welding (singleside welding doubleside forming), followed by electrochemical polishing.

6. Provide endoscopy photos, weld drawings, pressure test, picklingpassivation reports and system design documents.

7. HMI+PLC automatic control, userfriendly interface, multiple communication modes, minimum threelevel access authority.

Brief introduction of reverse osmosis system
Reverse osmosis process uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids,organic, pyrogens, sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water isdelivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm2 through reverse osmosis membranes. Waterpermeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99.999% of organic, including pyrogens, and 99% bacterials in the feed water.
